These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and digital content through the website www.helsigny.cz.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the relevant EU consumer protection regulations.

Wooden products
Textile products (including artist-painted fabrics and t-shirts)
Digital products
Custom-made products upon request
All products are copyrighted works and subject to intellectual property protection.
Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Buyer submits the order and receives its confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to reject an order in the event of pricing errors or product unavailability.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR or CZK and include VAT (if applicable).
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer
Online card payment
Cash on personal pickup
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Unless agreed otherwise, goods are dispatched only after payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery is provided through a carrier chosen by the Seller based on the delivery address.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, unless specified otherwise.
Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment.
Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt.
If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged, the Buyer must report this fact directly to the carrier.
If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, the Buyer must send an e-mail to info@helsigny.cz containing:

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision in one of the following ways:
Via the online "Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract" form directly on the Seller's website. The form requires filling in the order number, e-mail, product description, and the reason for the return (providing a reason is voluntary and serves only to improve our services).
By an e-mail sent to info@helsigny.cz with a clear statement, such as: "I hereby withdraw from the purchase contract." Please also include the order number and product specification in the e-mail.
Returns and Costs The Buyer is obliged to send the goods back or hand them over at the address below no later than 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends the goods before the 14-day period expires.

The Buyer bears the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
Refunds: The Seller will return all received payments within 14 days of withdrawal. However, the Seller is not obliged to refund the payments before receiving the returned goods back or until the Buyer proves that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital content if its performance has begun with the prior express consent of the Buyer.
Custom-made products manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications.
Complaints and Warranty (Claims)
The Seller provides a 24-month warranty period for physical goods, unless specified otherwise.
Complaints must be sent by e-mail to info@helsigny.cz and must include:

Complaints will be settled within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, game concepts, texts, graphics, and digital content are protected by copyright law.
The Buyer acquires a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, or any commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, consumers within the EU can use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission:

Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms and Conditions.
