These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and digital content through www.helsigny.cz.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
- Products
The Seller offers:
- Original paintings
- Hexeso author game
- Wooden products
- Textile products (including hand-painted fabrics and T-shirts)
- Digital products
- Custom-made products upon request
All products are original works and subject to copyright protection.
- Contract Formation
The purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order and receives order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR or CZK and include VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Online card payment via Stripe
- Cash on personal collection
Cash on delivery is not available.
Goods are shipped after payment is received unless agreed otherwise.
- Delivery
Delivery is arranged via a carrier selected by the Seller based on the destination address.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days unless stated otherwise.
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment.
- Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer must inspect the parcel upon receipt.
If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged, the Buyer must report the issue directly to the carrier.
If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, the Buyer must send an email to info@helsigny.cz including:
- description of the defect
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods without giving any reason.
Withdrawal must be sent via email to info@helsigny.cz with a clear statement such as:
“I withdraw from the purchase contract.”
The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days from sending the withdrawal email to:

The Buyer bears the return shipping costs.
The Seller will refund all received payments within 14 days from withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- digital content once delivery has started with the Buyer’s prior consent
- custom-made products tailored to the Buyer
- Complaints and Warranty
The Seller provides a 24-month warranty period for physical goods unless otherwise stated.
Complaints must be submitted via email to info@helsigny.cz including:
- description of the defect
- photographs of the defect
- photographs of the packaging
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
- Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, game concepts, texts, graphics, and digital content are protected by copyright.
The Buyer receives a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, consumers within the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission:
