Unless agreed otherwise, goods are dispatched only after payment is received.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"30\">Delivery<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"31\">Delivery is provided through a carrier chosen by the Seller based on the delivery address.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"32\">Estimated delivery time: 5\u201310 business days, unless specified otherwise.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"33\">Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"35\">Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"36\">The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"37\">If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged, the Buyer must report this fact directly to the carrier.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"38\">If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, the Buyer must send an e-mail to info@helsigny.cz containing:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"39\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,0,0\">Description of the defect<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,1,0\">Photos of the product<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"39,2,0\">Photos of the packaging<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"41\">Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision in one of the following ways:<\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Via the online<\/b> \"Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract\" form directly on the Seller's website. The form requires filling in the order number, e-mail, product description, and the reason for the return (providing a reason is voluntary and serves only to improve our services).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">By an e-mail<\/b> sent to info@helsigny.cz with a clear statement, such as: <i data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"83\">\"I hereby withdraw from the purchase contract.\"<\/i> Please also include the order number and product specification in the e-mail.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Returns and Costs<\/b> The Buyer is obliged to send the goods back or hand them over at the address below no later than 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends the goods before the 14-day period expires.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Return Address: Babice 73, 675 44 Babice, Czech Republic<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The Buyer bears the direct costs associated with returning the goods.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refunds:<\/b> The Seller will return all received payments within 14 days of withdrawal.
