I spent my childhood surrounded by nature in the Czech Highlands, loving fields full of buzzing bees and flickering butterflies, and playing in tall grass to the deafening chirp of crickets. A major inspiration was my grandmother\u2014her passion for herbs and mushrooms, and the way her eyes lit up whenever she found something. I feel that same inner spark today whenever I\u2019m outdoors.\n\nI\u2019m fascinated by hidden corners of wildflowers and herbs. When I walk, I\u2019m inspired by the endless shapes nature offers. Not a day goes by where I don\u2019t leave the meadow or forest enriched by its beauty, stillness, and gentleness.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My work is a journey inward
<\/strong>- where words fade, and a fascination with detail begins.<\/strong><\/h3>

Zna\u010dka The HELSIGNY brand<\/b> was born in 2018 out of a need to name the unnamable. Today, its focus shifts from inner worlds to the wild, raw beauty of the Czech landscape. My studio window opens directly into the heart of the Highlands, whose ever-changing and untamed nature remains my greatest teacher.<\/p>

From abstraction to the living detail<\/h3>

My work is built on free abstraction and raw bursts of emotion, guiding me into the deeper worlds I perceive. Lately, I have been finding new impulses in textures: the bark of ancient trees, the fragility of the first buds, the intricate veins of herbs, and the wildness of tangled thickets. My painting remains expressive, untamed, and free, yet its energy now also sparks from concrete fragments of the earth. Every piece is a ritual of transformation - transferring the rawness of the outside world into abstract energy on canvas.<\/p>

A significant part of my current path is inspired by botany and traditional healing. I create botanical mandalas where the fascinating regularity of plant forms blends with my intuitive, organic style. I perceive the essences and information contained within plants as sacred codes - energies that shape us, heal us, and reconnect us to the earth we live on.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Matter, Layers, and Contrast<\/h3>

I work on professional canvases where the power of acrylic meets the untamed nature of spray paint. This combination allows me to capture the contrast between the gentleness of a petal and the rawness of Highlands granite. I often incorporate fragments of hand-painted watercolours, bringing quiet traces of another world into the paintings\u2014like imprints of memory in a landscape. For the finest details, I use the precise strokes of acrylic pens.<\/p>

2017\u20132019\u00a0<\/b>A Period of Abandon<\/h3>

This series of paintings from 2017 to 2019 reflects the wildness and audacity of youth. It captures a time when I fearlessly chased my dreams, blind to risks, living through intense emotional highs and lows at the expense of conscious awareness.<\/span>

2020\u20132025\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The Cocoon Phase<\/h3>

The following five years were dictated by the pressure of the city and a daily routine of survival. My creativity fell silent. I wrapped myself in a protective cocoon, becoming a chrysalis within my safe circle, gathering strength for a new transformation.<\/span>

The Present<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

Rebirth.\u00a0Today, the butterfly emerges once again.
